Asia's bounce-back from the Global Financial Crisis creates opportunities, but also increases the complexity in doing business, as firms grapple with new financial and investment environments regulations, global competitiveness and Merger and Acquisition (M & A) activity as Asia regains momentum.

The notion of simplicity - and IT's role in enabling enterprise process simplicity - has been a goal for a long time. Whether winnowing processes towards one common framework, rationalizing databases and inventory management - the quest to pare back in order to move forward faster has also thus far been a fairly unattainable goal. Partially this has been due to the challenges of responding to growth opportunities in fast-shifting economic opportunities, and partially this is due to a tendency of firms to overbuild in an attempt to future-proof themselves from any potential hurdle to profitability, customer relationships and decision-making agility.

AT&T's Asia Pacific Business Leaders Summit on "One" Strategy, will be held on 24 June 2010 (Thursday) at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, features Keynote Speakers and Executive Panel Sessions to demonstrate how to leverage Business Solutions in achieving Enterprise Efficiency during a Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Process.
