Keni Muto is a Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company, Business Technology Office in Singapore. He is one of the leaders of IT architecture practice in Asia and focuses on IT architecture and IT infrastructure strategies for high-tech, telecom, airlines and automotive companies. He also serves clients in the computer industry on strategy and growth. He serves clients in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, India, as well as U.S. and Europe.

Before joining McKinsey, Keni was consultant at Andersen Consulting (now accenture) in Sao Paulo, Brazil and San Francisco, U.S.

Keni holds MBA from Yale University in the U.S., and Engineer Degree from Instituto Technologico de Aeronautica in Brazil. He is fluent in Japanese, Portuguese and English.

Glenn has over 25 years of experience in IT in the Banking, Investment and Insurance industries. Glenn has been at ACE for 10 years and was previously the Asia Pacific head of Systems Development.

  Mr. Aloysius Cheang

Aloysius Cheang is a senior information technology (IT) executive with extensive experience in managing and delivering direct business values in strategic, complex multi-million dollar IT program and business projects for Global 500 organizations worldwide. He specializes in information security such as risk management strategies, IT security framework and policies development, ISO 27002 based advisory, audits, security reviews and penetration testing, BCP, security solution design and deployment, incident response and digital forensic.

An active business leader, Aloysius have cultivated numerous security awareness movement and groups regionally. He was instrumental in setting up the Association of Information Security Professionals (AISP) in Singapore, where he was protem chairman from 2006-2007, and is a co-founder and chairman of its predecessor, Special Interest Group in Security and Information Integrity (SIG^2) since 2001. He is a co-editor for ISO/IEC 27032 "Guidelines for Cybersecurity" and had previously contributed to SS507 "Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Industry Standard" that was adopted as ISO/IEC 24762. Most recently, he co-founded Cloud Security Alliance Greater China Chapter and was just appointed as the Alliance's Asia Pacific Strategy Advisor. As the most senior officer here in Asia Pacific, Aloysius is responsible for overseeing development of the Alliance and their interest in the region.

Aloysius holds B.Sc (Hons) and Masters in Computer Science and is currently pursuing his doctorate focusing on information security strategy. His professional certifications include CISA, CISSP and GCIH. Furthermore, he is the first Microsoft Security MVP in South Asia and a member of the Microsoft SEA MVP Hall of Fame. Aloysius’s views are valued by major media such as Times, ZDNet Asia, Wall Street Journal, CIO Asia Magazine, The Straits Times and ChannelNewsAsia as an independent source of specialist opinion.

 
 
 
  Mr. Waleed Hanafi

Mr Hanafi arrived in Hong Kong in 1982 as an Assistant Trade Commissioner in the Canadian diplomatic service. After his posting, he went on to found a number of companies, including FPF Technologies, CompuServe HK, Hutchision Information Services, and Hutchision Mobile Data, the world's first public wireless data firm.

Recruited by ABN Amro in 1999 as SVP/Regional CIO for Asia Pacific, he was promoted to EVP/Global Head – Technology Operations and Infrastructure in November 2000. Mr. Hanafi was responsible for the Bank's IT operations and infrastructure, including operations in more than 50 countries, regional data centres, and a global telecom network.

In December 2002, Mr. Hanafi joined Behringer Holdings as Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Quality, Customer Service, and Online Communications, this privately held supplier of pro audio equipment rapidly expanded based on manufacturing in China, effective IT and logistics, and world-wide distribution.

Following a strategic consulting assignment with Global Refund (now Global Blue), Mr. Hanafi joined the firm in May 2006 as Chief Information Officer. He has led the transformation of the business from paper cheques to digital transactions, and is responsible for global IT Operations and strategy.

Mr Hanafi is a Canadian national. He holds a BA degree in Political Science from Carleton University. He is married with two children, and has been living in Asia for 28 years.

Cem is Head of the Global Business Services IT Demand Organization for AP & EEMEA at Deutsche Post DHL., where his role includes strategic and operational business for corporate applications in Asia Pacific and EEMEA.

In his role, Cem is responsible for business support in deploying the shared services concept for finance and human resources, supplier management from negotiations over implementations to post live support, and financial management of run and build budgets. Moreover, he has led and coordinated the successful execution of Finance and HR projects based on Prince2, established appropriate service level management standards between the Business Units, Global Business Services and internal and external suppliers, and secure effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as the Regional CFOs, GBS Finance Operations, HR Operations and Corporate Centre functions.

Cem joined Deutsche Post DHL in 2004, and with his endeavor, he has managed transition of services for application support to IT Services and which cost for GBS applications reduced to date by more than 30%.

Cem has won the CEO Award in 2009. He is a graduate of the University Bonn / Germany with a MA in Political Science; he has over ten years of experience in information technology solutions.

Victor is Partner in the Performance & Technology group in KPMG Singapore. He joined KPMG recently after spending 18 years in North America with Deloitte, where he was Deloitte's Global Leader for Vulnerability Management Services. He was appointed to the Americas Advisory Board of International Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 in 2004. The (ISC)2 Americas Advisory Board is a select and diverse group of senior security and management professionals, selected from the ranks of leading business, public and non-government organizations in the Americas. Victor currently is an advisory board member for SCIPP International, a global non-profit organization that delivers information security awareness training and certification programs for enterprises throughout the world, with a focus on increasing understanding and instilling positive behavioural changes as they relate to protecting important information assets. Victor has over 18 years of IT security consulting experience covering strategic planning, systems design, implementation, secure software development and vulnerability assessments. Victor also leads KPMG's emerging technology advisory practice, and lead KPMG's efforts in helping organizations safeguard and deter against Advanced & Persistent Threats.

He has extensive experiences in overseeing IT Governance and managing IT Departments in both local government and multinational companies. Gary Teo is currently the Director (IT) of the Campus IT Services Department at SIM University (UniSIM), Singapore. He manages large-scale network, systems and application development projects and oversees the technology operations that facilitate both the e-Learning initiatives as well as the University's administrative system. He charts the strategic IT direction and sets the functional role of the department in alignment with the University's vision. Before joining UniSIM in 2006, he was an Asst Director with the Centre for IT Services, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Gary graduated from the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons). He obtained two Masters degrees: Master of Science in Medical Physics from the University of Aberdeen with research interest involving Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Nuclear Medicine; and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Imperial College (London) specializing in International Business and Finance.

Gary has managed several multi-million dollar projects involving network infrastructure, IT security, SDLC, business continuity, etc. He has set up and managed mission critical data centres that have more than 200 high-end servers and networking equipment. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

As the Managing Director of IT, Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Joseph heads up IT for the fast growing division of Asia Pacific. Joseph is responsible for the strategic alignment of IT with the business, and driving innovation through technology. Other scope of responsibilities include business application development and support, infrastructure engineering, enterprise voice and data networks, strategic data centers, IT security and various enterprise systems such as ERP, CPM, BI, Sales and CRM systems.

Joseph worked for Starwood since 2000 and was previously Assistant Vice President of Technology Deployment, focusing on IT project management and service delivery. During Joseph’s time with Starwood, the Asia Pacific Division has grown from 70 to more than 180 Starwood hotels, resorts and offices across 20 countries. This accelerated growth included the acquisition of the Le Méridien hotel group in early 2006.

Joseph earned his Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He recently completed the Advanced Management Program from National University of Singapore and is currently serving on the Board of Advisors for Singapore Management University School of Information Systems.

Manas started his international management career with as a management trainee at the Neptune Orient Lines (now operating in the brand name of the American President Lines - APL) where he rose through various positions to work on global marketing, logistics and systems areas over 6.5 years.

Manas holds a Bachelor of Technology (honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in India; a Master of Business Administration degree from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.   Mr. Michael Koay

Michael Koay is Global Portfolio Manager at AT&T Asia Pacific, managing AT&T's portfolio of services globally (outside the US) with a focus on Hosting & Application Services, Unified Communications, and IPT & LAN Services. He is also responsible for industry analyst relations in Asia Pacific.

Koay has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years. Koay started his AT&T career in 2001 as Global Project Manager at AT&T Global Network Services, managing telecommunications projects for both regional and global accounts. As Global Product Manager at AT&T Business Services in 2003, Koay was responsible for the lifecycle management of Managed Hosting and Managed Security Services offered by AT&T globally. His roles ranged from product development, business case development, to project management of service and infrastructure rollout. He successfully managed the launch of the regional AT&T Internet Data Centers in Singapore, China and Japan, and coordinated the enhancement of AT&T's VPN and Remote Access Services in China, India and Thailand. Recently he also successfully managed to launch Managed IPT and LAN Services globally (outside US).

In 2006, Koay moved on to lead the Global Hosting and Storage Products practice at VSNL International (now known as Tata Communications). He rejoined AT&T's global team in 2007 to assume the current role.

Koay holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor degree in Marketing from the University Putra Malaysia.

 
 
 
  Mr. Daniel Kwong

Mr. Daniel Kwong joined CITIC Telecom CPC (formerly known as CPCNet) in July 2009 as General Manager, Security Services and was appointed Vice President, Information Technology and Security Services in February 2011. Mr. Kwong was also appointed by CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited as a member of Technology Innovation Committee in Oct 2009.

Apart from leading the Security Services team to manage and develop TrustCSITM information security solutions and services, as well as establish strategic partnership relations with different security product vendors for strengthening the solution offerings and service levels; Mr. Kwong is also entrusted to the development of new cloud services. He also leads the Information Technology Services team to ensure the optimal delivery and operation of CITIC Telecom CPC's IT infrastructure and applications services.

Mr. Kwong has over 16 years of service development and management experience in information technology. He was the senior manager of Information Technology in Jones Lang LaSalle Limited prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, responsible for management of information technology in the Asia Pacific Regions.

Martin Yates is a senior management consultant with twenty seven years breath and diversity in IT technology, operations and services working exclusively inside global fortune organisations.
