Opening Keynote: Government ICT: Driving the Next Stage of Reform
Bill joined the Cabinet Office as Deputy Government CIO in September 2009 and he is also Director of ICT Strategy & Policy with overall responsibility for the formulation, development and communication of cross-Government ICT strategies and policies. On behalf of the Government CIO and CIO Council he chairs the CTO Council and the CTO Delivery Group. His most recent success has been the publication of the UK Government's ICT Strategy in March 2011 and he is SRO for the Government's Identity Assurance programme.
He joined the Cabinet Office from the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS), where he represented Northern Ireland on the Government's CIO Council and was the Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) for the Northern Ireland Civil Service.

Opening Keynote: Top 10 Government ICT Predictions in 2012
As Vice President for the international divisions of IDC's Industry Insights businesses, Cort Isernhagen is responsible for the overall management and research services of the Financial, Manufacturing, Government, Health, and Energy industry sectors in Asia/Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He leads IDC's "Insights" business units whose dedicated analyst teams provide guidance on industry-specific technology and business process issues facing corporate leaders in these industries.
Prior to this role, Cort was Vice President of Marketing & Business Operations for IDC's Vertical Market business units and New Ventures group. In this role, he ensured that research products in each portfolio fit the needs of the target market, and assessed the market demand for new products. He managed the marketing groups for these businesses, established operational and financial objectives, and provided general management for all units in the portfolio.
