	Peter Roschke Former Regional Chief Transformation Officer, AXA Asia; Managing Director, Coherent Capital Advisors Limited Peter is a senior transformation executive with 20+ years of technology experience in global insurance companies across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. He has been instrumental in helping companies navigate market changes and improving execution capacity. Presently Peter is the Managing Director and Coherent Capital Advisors – focused on enabling insurance companies rebuild their distribution eco-systems using deep insurance analytics and digital technologies. Previously Peter is oversaw the AXA Asia regional transformation that encompassed multiple fronts including technology, people, processes and culture. His role involved the management AXA’s largest multi-national projects and teams that included project managers, change management experts, and customer experience professionals. Prior to his move to Hong Kong, Peter was AXA Group’s Chief Information Officer for Life & Savings and Health. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the strategy for the group at the intersection between business and technology. As a Senior Information Officer at AXA US he was responsible for new products, distribution and existing business re-engineering. Before Peter joined AXA in 2005, he worked at QED Partners, a consulting firm as President & CEO, at AIG for three years and also as Media Serv. Inc. as Chief Technology Officer for six years.

	Fernando Serto Head of Security Technology and Strategy, Asia Pacific Akamai Technologies Fernando is the Head of Security Technology and Strategy for APJ at Akamai, and has been in the IT industry for almost two decades, starting his early career as a developer, transitioning to Infrastructure roles in Server, Application and Networking space in both Operations and Professional Services, with a focus on Security. For the last decade, Fernando has been focused on resolving customer’s challenges, and evangelizing new technologies in the Application Performance and Security areas. Fernando has also spent a number of years working for a major Telco in APAC, specializing in WAN, Cloud, Security and Media solutions.
