Vishal joined McKinsey four years ago and is an Associate Partner in the Singapore office where he works on operations and technology strategy for financial institutions, payment companies and governments and leads most of McKinsey’s technology strategy work in the region.

Vishal also leads a lot of the Fintech innovation work in the region.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vishal spent 14 years as a banker in Citibank, Barclays and other financial institutions carrying out mission critical assignments in operations and technology .

Vishal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and an engineering degree from the University of Pune.

Tom joined KPMG in 2013 as a Principal Advisor within the Management Consulting Practice focusing on Financial Services. As part of his broader responsibilities at KPMG, Tom also covers Fin-Tech and innovations.

Tom leads a multi-disciplinary team that combines deep sector knowledge with core competencies such as market strategy, value proposition design and testing, operational model design, IT architecture and others. . Tom is an author and practitioner of experiential business design methodologies that were successfully applied in a variety of industries, including banking, government and retail. Before that, he spent eight years as a professional government lobbyist in Washington, DC and a business negotiator focusing on foreign market access/entry, international trade legislation and public policy covering 20+ countries throughout the Western Hemisphere, Europe and Middle East. Tom is known for his contributions to several Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) concluded by the United States and for successful resolution of several high-profile international investor-state disputes involving major commercial interests and FDI easily valued in billions of dollars.

Ed Ho is an experienced business leader in Retail Banking and Wealth Management with a strong focus on creating value by leveraging technology to deliver customer and business outcomes. Ed has over 15 years’ banking experience across multiple geographies which has included building, growing, acquiring, integrating, and exiting businesses.

In his current role, based in Singapore, Ed has regional responsibility for ANZ’s Retail Banking Digital and non-branch Channels across Asia Pacific. This covers 21 countries and the customer touch points of Digital, ATMs, POS, and Contact Centres, with the key objective of delivering customer centric capabilities and seamless experiences across the bank’s channels.

Prior to this, Ed was the Head of Wealth Platforms for ANZ Asia responsible for building out ANZ’s wealth capabilities in the region. During this time, Ed was also a key leader in the acquisition and integration of the RBS Retail Banking assets in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Ed joined ANZ in 2009 from St George Bank where he held a variety of senior management positions in wealth management, including running an award winning wealth management software business.

Prior to St George Bank, Ed worked at Deutsche Bank Australia in various e-business and marketing roles across the areas of Private Banking, Financial Planning and Asset Management. Ed holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

His teams establish large scale commercial programs in the technology sector, operate Visa’s regional Innovation Centers, and guide AP venture activity. Dill led Visa’s first commercial and product collaborations with Apple, Google, Facebook, Samsung and Square among others. His teams developed the digital token standard -- donated to the EMVco standards body and adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express & China Union Pay.

Dill joined Visa from the Western Union Company where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Digital Ventures. There he led the formation of Western Union’s mobile services in 2004 connecting Western Union agents, mobile network operators and bank systems across 200 countries and territories. Prior to Western Union, Dill served as a corporate development executive with eONE Global, a strategic investment fund focused on emerging payments models formed by First Data Corporation, Boston Consulting Group, General Atlantic Partners and Goldman Sachs.
