Fang Gong Associate Partner McKinsey & Company
Fang is an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Co., and is the core leader of McKinsey's digital practice in Greater China. He has been actively serving clients across Internet, retail, consumer, and auto industries on big data analytics, e-commerce, and digital marketing/ branding topics. In particular, he is the expert on leveraging big data analytics to drive consumer insights, CLM (Customer Life-cycle Management), and loyalty program. Fang is the author of McKinsey's iConusmer (Internet Consumer) 2015 report, and is the designer of ROOTS digital branding framework co-developed between McKinsey and Baidu. |
