Mr. Charleston Sin was appointed as General Manager of CISCO Greater China for Data Center and Borderless Networks in January 2010. He is responsible for go-to-market strategy for two next-generation architectures - Borderless Networks and Data Center Virtualization. Before that, he was General Manager of CISCO South China, and General Manager of Hong Kong and Macau.

Mr. Sin started his CISCO career in 1998 in Cisco headquarters in San Jose US, where he was one of the founding members of the Mobile Wireless Group. He relocated to Asia in 2000, with responsibility for business development and product marketing for Mobile Wireless solutions in Asia Pacific.

Prior to Cisco, he was at Nortel Networks and at Bell-Northern Research in Canada, where he was a senior member of the scientific staff for wireless and network management systems.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Mr. Sin spent 18 years in North America. He received his PhD in Technology Management from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Philip Tang is the Senior Product Specialist (APAC) of Citrix Systems based in Singapore. Philip is responsible for promoting the Citrix Virtual Computing solution and helping clients realise the value of Citrix virtualisation technology. His 11 years experience with Citrix has helped him gain exposure to face challenges encountered by clients at all levels.

Mr. Dilip Kumar was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2005 with responsibility for the general management of the Dimension Data Asia Pacific Group's operations, and for directing the Group's business activities to ensure continued growth and profitability. He is also responsible for achieving the Group's financial targets and growing its market leadership in the IT industry.

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Kumar was the Regional Director with responsibility over India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Korea. Previously, as the Regional Director of India and the Sub-Continent, he was responsible for managing India's fast-growing Services and Systems Integration business. Under his stewardship, Dimension Data Asia Pacific (formerly known as Datacraft Asia) became the top systems integrator in the Indian networking industry and grew to become one of the most profitable companies in the Group.

Mr. Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing & Sales Management, and has over 23 years of IT industry experience. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Mr. Kumar held several management positions at Crampton Greaves including National Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager and later on as General Manager of CG Informatics Division.



Allan Wong

Mr. Allan Wong is currently Director of Professional Services for Dimension Data Hong Kong. In this position, he is responsible for leading a team of professionals to help Dimension Data clients to select, architect, plan, implement and manage the information infrastructure solutions, and directing the business unit to achieve continued growth & profitability.

Mr. Wong is a seasoned professional in the Information and Communications Technology & Software industries, and has held various management positions which include services, sales & marketing, and business development for companies like Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems and Avaya in Greater China & Asia Pacific. Mr. Wong has been successful in introducing leading-edge technology/applications into the marketplace and instrumental in repositioning the business and expanding business operations throughout China & Asia.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor¡¦s degree in Electronic Engineering with First Class Honors, and post-graduate qualifications in Master of Business Administration and Master of Corporate Finance.

Vincent joined EMC Hong Kong in 2001, and is currently the Client Solutions & Services Manager. With his extensive knowledge in IT Information infrastructure, Vincent is leading a team of technology professionals to help EMC customers to select, architect, plan, implement and manage the appropriate information infrastructure solutions. He also has a track record of excellence in leadership and evangelizing thought leadership by gaining mindshare of customers and partners by working closely with them to achieve IT infrastructure objectives.

Prior to EMC, Vincent has worked in Business Development, Product Marketing, and Customer Support role, which gives Vincent an end-to-end view in evangelizing IT Infrastructure to best fit customer's needs.

Francis Fan is currently Group Director, Technology Management for Integrated Health Information Systems Pte Ltd.

With 25 years in the IT industry, Francis has proven his expertise in the field of system architectural design, development and delivery of technology and communication solutions to meet challenging business needs. His current portfolio includes managing large scale infrastructure outsourcing projects, implementation of multiple complex infrastructure, system architecture and development, and overseeing the IT function at National Computer Systems.

In addition, Francis has extensive knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of large scale .NET infrastructure to support the healthcare systems for Singhealth Cluster of hospitals. He has successfully implemented numerous large scale relocation projects for the Ministries which involve servers, network switches and IT equipment.

Francis holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from University of Singapore. He is also a holder of numerous professional certifications such as Certified Outsourcing Manager for IT (Senior) and Certified IT Project Manager, programmes that are run by the Singapore Computer Society. Francis is also a trained and qualified ITIL practitioner.

David has over 25 years of experience in the high technology software and telecoms market having spent the last 16 years at Microsoft holding a number of senior roles in direct sales, channel development, audience and product marketing across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa and more recently in Hong Kong.

David leads a team responsible for the successful adoption of Microsoft's Information Worker products and solutions including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Exchange and Office Communication Server across all customers segments and across all delivery models including Online Cloud Computing services. These Microsoft solutions range from Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Search to Collaborative Unified Communications and Business Intelligence. During his career David has also been responsible for the successful adoption of new Microsoft technology including Windows Mobile.

David has a BSc in Electrical Electronic Engineering and a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Henley Management School. During his spare time he is an avid Kite Surfer and Basketball player.

Mr. Qinghong You is a member of the NetApp APJ Consulting System Engineer team, based in Hong Kong. This is a team of senior consultants that are specialised in specific computing technology areas around storage, with a charter to provide assistance to local and cross regional sales opportunities and enable NetApp global system integrator partners in the APJ region to create and delivery custom solutions using NetApp technologies. Qinghong's speciality is virtualization and cloud computing.

Qinghong possessed solid technical knowledge in various networking and storage areas, as well as good communications skills with various levels within organizations (from system administrators to VP), which are essential for pre/post sales consulting and service delivery. What's more, having been the technical lead for multiple multi-million and high profile projects, he has gained good understanding of the different perspectives of large scale implementations, such as financial, project management, resourcing and risk management. Having taken regional sales, service and support responsibilities and lived in different countries for extended period of time, Qinghong has good understanding of multi-culture environment and works well in a cross-geographical team. He is also a frequent speaker of public events held or participated by NetApp, addressing technical topics in various areas.
