Daniel Lai is one of the most experienced Information Technology professional in Hong Kong with significant experience in managing IT developments and operations, as well as in professional developments and IT in community. Prior to joining the Government in January 2012, he was the Head of Information Technology at MTR Corporation Ltd. between 1999-2011 and held various senior IT managerial positions with The Hong Kong Jockey Club in Hong Kong and Australia. He is a Distinguished Fellow and was the President of Hong Kong Computer Society and Chairman of Hong Kong CIO Board.

Kok Tin Gan is a Senior Manager in the PwC Risk and Controls Solutions Practice in Hong Kong. He plays a key role in developing the practice Technology and Information Security team in Hong Kong, China and coordinates various engagements across the Asia Pacific region. Kok Tin has more than 10 years of experience spanning from information security, IT governance, data loss prevention and its related technology, ISO27001:2005 standards, Public Key Infrastructure management, source code security reviews and ethical hacking services. Kok Tin has been involved in a big variety of information security related engagements across Asia and in the US. Kok Tin has performed most of his work in the sector of financial services, government, high-tech and gaming. Kok Tin holds certifications for CISM, CISA and CCA.

Kenneth is a Partner in PwC based in Hong Kong and is the national Technology Risk and Security practice leader for PwC China / Hong Kong. Kenneth has over 17 years experience in conducting IT / Information Security, data privacy, IT risk and regulatory, PKI/CA, BCP/DRP risk management engagements, evaluation of application development and implementation projects, business process & IT system controls assurance, and IT and operational due diligence reviews for a wide range of local and multinational clients. Prior to joining (and re-joining) PwC Melbourne and Hong Kong respectively, Kenneth had worked with a multinational bank responsible for designing and monitoring their technology risk framework as part of their Asia Pacific Technology Risk function. Kenneth is actively involved in professional activities - he is Vice President and Treasurer of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (China Hong Kong Chapter) and part of the HKPKI Forum.

During his 28 year career as Special Agent Mr. Demeter conducted and managed numerous financial crimes and money laundering investigations involving narcotics trafficking, organized crime, bank fraud, loan fraud, healthcare and labor fraud, tax evasion and many other federal crimes and worked extensively in the Florida Caribbean Drug Task Force and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). Mr. Demeter was also the Undercover Program Manager for Southeast US undercover operations, and managed and conducted undercover operations with local, State and Federal law enforcement agencies throughout his career.
