His experience spans Asia-Pacific and Japan and his expertise is in helping organisations manage their Third Party and Organisational Risk exposure. Today, as BitSight’s APAC Consulting Engineer, he is often engaged with companies to assess their security posture. He provides counsel on developing a risk-based approach backed by reliable data, so organisations can maximise their security investment and ROI. He is also an engaging speaker who takes time to understand his audience and address their concerns and questions.

	Nick Ng Security Solutions Manager Fortinet Nick Ng is the Security Solutions Manager for Fortinet Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia region. He has more than 10 years consulting experience in the cyber security industry. Nick currently manages the cybersecurity consultant team in Hong Kong and provides security consultation to large and strategic enterprise in the regions. In 2018-19, he designed several Cyber Range competitions to train up IT officer in the region with cybersecurity mindset and ability to defense latest hacking technique. His educational background includes a Bachelor Degree in IE (Information Engineering) from Chinese University of HK and a MSc in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance from City University of HK. He has been certified for NSE7 (Network Security Expert), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).

	Joseph Ling Senior Solutions Architect nCipher Security Joseph is one of the founding members when nCipher is relaunched as an independent cryptography hardware and solution provider. He provides analysis, consulting, and solutions for global and regional enterprises, banking, and government customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Macau, Singapore, as well as other Asia Pacific countries. Joseph is well experienced in working in various large scale technology projects: from ITIL, Mobile Device and Application Security, to Identity and Access Management, API Management, Data Encryption, and Cryptography. He sees the beauty of sophisticated products and solutions, but also understands the difficultly of utilising them. Bridging the gap between the problem that customers are facing and the effort of engineers spent on creating the solution is Joseph’s ultimate goal.

	Ernest Lui Sales Director Singtel Hong Kong Ernest Lui leads the Singtel sales team in Hong Kong, managing over 50 global enterprises across banking and finance, insurance, and retail sectors. Armed with more than 23 years of experience in IT & telecoms, he plays a key role in cementing Singtel’s position as a leading Managed ICT & Security Services provider, recognised by analysts and the industry, in Hong Kong. Ernest graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's Degree in Science with honours. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom (MCIM).

	Jones Leung Systems Engineering Manager, Greater China Zscaler Jones Leung, Systems Engineering Manager, Zscaler Greater China, is responsible for providing consultation on network, application and security transformation required for enterprise digital transformation. Over the past 5 years in Zscaler, he has witnessed a lot of enterprises benefiting from such transformation, and also help them to handle challenges faced during the process. With over 15 years of experience and broad technical knowledge, Jones has been an evangelist in the market ,and has introduced a lot of disruptive technologies to help many top organizations. Prior to Zscaler, Jones held Systems Engineering Manager position in Palo Alto Networks, and regional systems engineering position in Blue Coat Systems, Packeteer and other leading solution providers in the region.
