Ana Pinczuk leads the Veritas Backup and Recovery business where she is responsible for driving market-leading backup and recovery solutions that allow customers to solve their challenges of access, agility, and risk, and harness the power of their information.

Prior to joining Symantec, Ana led the Global Enterprise Theater (GET) Services Sales group at Cisco Systems, where she was responsible for global services sales to Cisco's top enterprise accounts. During her Cisco Systems tenure, Ana held various roles such as Services COO and Transformation leader and transforming Cisco's Global Technical Center, a worldwide team of 3000 professionals who deliver technical services, define the service experience, and partner with Cisco Engineering to ensure product excellence. Ana also spent 9 years in the Cisco Development Organization driving Engineering groups including Cisco's high end routing platform and IOS software development.

Ana started her career at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer and held numerous roles there, including Vice President responsible for deploying AT&T's Internet backbone.

Ana is a member of the International Women's Forum, Anita Borg Institute, Cornell Computer and Information Sciences Advisory Board, and Carnegie Mellon Engineering Advisory Board. She is also the recipient of numerous awards including the 2014 Corporate Index (Top 25 Hispanics), 2013 Latina Style Executive of the Year, and 2013 TWIN Award.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, a master of technology management degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a master of science degree in software management from Carnegie Mellon University. Ana lives in the San Francisco bay area and is married with two sons.

Simon Jelley has over 15 years' experience in Data Protection and Information Management. He was a founder member of KVS and prior to this worked for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) where Enterprise Vault, the market leading Intelligent Content Archiving Platform, was first developed. Simon joined Symantec as part of the acquisition of Enterprise Vault into Veritas. During his time with KVS, Simon worked as a QA Engineer, Support Analyst, Consultant, CFT Manager and Technical Specialist on the Enterprise Vault product. Since joining Symantec in 2006, Simon has led the Product Management teams for all of Symantec's Enterprise focused Backup and Archiving solutions. From 2013 to October 2015, Simon was the Vice President of Product Management for all Symantec's market leading Backup & Recovery solutions, including Symantec Backup Exec and NetBackup. With the recent Symantec / Veritas separation, Simon reverted back to Veritas and still holds the title of Vice President of Product Management for all of Veritas' market leading Backup & Recovery solutions, including Veritas Backup Exec and NetBackup.

Marcus Loh serves as the Director for Technology Practice for APJ overseeing the complete Veritas solution portfolio. This includes Backup and Recovery, Information Availability and Information Intelligence. His responsibilities include business strategy, go-to-market strategy and field enablement. He has been with Veritas for more than ten years and most recently, he was instrumental in establishing the fastest growing Netbackup Appliance product line in APJ. Prior to joining Veritas, Marcus was established market leading desktop and personal operating system products at Microsoft. Marcus Loh graduated with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Washington State University.
